🌟 Become a Volunteer with BCPS & MSD Drama 🌟
Volunteers are essential to helping our students succeed—from fundraising to special events, we couldn’t do it without you. There are a variety of ways to get involved throughout the year, so find the opportunity that’s right for you and join our theatrical family!
To get started, all adult volunteers must complete the BCPS Volunteer Application through the Raptor system (this includes a background check and requires a Social Security number). Once approved, volunteers should use the BCPS Volunteer Attendance Log to record their service hours. Tracking hours not only helps with school reporting but also ensures your time and dedication are recognized.

Special Events
There are various special events throughout the year with opportunities to volunteer including: our annual halloween event, setting up and serving tech meals, Cappies' Dinner, and more!

Concessions
We always need volunteers to sell concessions during show days or during special events at the Douglas auditorium. Proceeds from all concessions sold go to supporting our students.

Chaperoning
Do you want to get a backstage pass to the excitement? If so, we are always looking for chaperones for events such as One Acts, District competitions, the State Thespian Festival, and more!
