Tech Meals Coordinator
Appointed Position
Role Summary:
Plans and manages meals and snacks for students during tech week and long rehearsals to keep the cast and crew energized and supported.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Drama Director to determine which days tech meals are needed.
Create menus for each tech meal day, staying within the approved budget.
Coordinate with the Historian to open online ordering in advance for students who wish to purchase enhanced meals.
Place food orders and arrange pickup or delivery.
Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure coverage for serving meals to students.
Purchase water and snacks for tech week.
Track expenses and submit receipts to the Treasurer for reimbursement.
