Role Summary:
Leads the board, serves as liaison with the Drama Department and school administration, and oversees decision-making, budgeting, and fundraising for all Booster activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate board meetings and set agendas

  • Collaborate with Drama Director on goals and priorities

  • Make final decisions regarding budget, spending, and fundraising initiatives

  • Oversee committees and officers

  • Represent Boosters at events and activities

  • Ensure compliance with all policies and bylaws
