Role Summary:
Oversees all communications, media, marketing, and documentation for the MSD Drama Booster Club while preserving and promoting the story of the program throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Public Relations Coordinator
Maintain and update the Booster website with events, news, forms, sponsorships, and announcements.
Manage digital communications and ensure consistent messaging across platforms (website, email, social media, Remind, etc.).
Document productions, events, and meetings through photography and content creation.
Promote Booster activities, fundraisers, performances, and student achievements to families, school partners, and the community.
Coordinate with the Drama Director and local/media outlets to publicize events and accomplishments.
Work with student designer to order and manage printing of playbills, flyers, signage, programs, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the Secretary/Sponsorship team to ensure sponsor recognition appears correctly on the website, playbills, signage, and digital platforms.
Open and manage online ordering pages for meals, merchandise, tickets, and fundraising initiatives.
